U Palacka - Sea Pike with garlic - Prague, Czech Republic

Being still new to fish, this was the first time I noticed the difference between fresh water and salt water, which I should have known: Salt water fish are saltier. Huh, go figure. This is another meal that looks unappetizing, but was pretty good. Not great, but okay. Posted by Picasa

First it's fish , second this dish looks interesting. Which I suppose means it's not going in my mouth. I'll take your word that it was palletable though the peppers were a nice touch of color.

Want a noticeable difference between freshwater and saltwater fish? Eat some Salmon or Tuna sushi, then munch down on a piece of heated Sea Eel. I like salt and all, but.. Not so good :(
